How do I establish myself as a patient?
Anyone in the United States can establish themselves as a patient with Dr. Tiffany at Revive Health. She happily accommodates both in-person and telemedicine visits. Please email our support staff at hello@revive-health.co for more information on how to get on her schedule.
Does your clinic accept insurance?
No, we no longer work with any insurance providers. Please see the membership and pricing page for the most up-to-date information on current pricing.
What is the cost of an appointment with Dr. Althaus at Revive Health?
One of the reasons Dr. Althaus chose to shift to a membership practice is price transparency. Please see the membership and pricing page for the most up-to-date information on current pricing.
What should I expect before my appointment?
A welcome email will be sent upon booking your appointment. A questionnaire intake form will be attached that needs to be completed and submitted at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. This allows Dr. Tiffany to review your health concerns in detail prior to your first visit.
When will I receive my lab results after testing?
The average lab panel takes 2-3 weeks to receive results. We will schedule your follow-up appointments according to this timeframe.
What is your visit cancellation or rescheduling policy?
We understand that life circumstances can change your visit timing. However, we also need to make sure that we have room for patients who need our help! If you’re planning on cancelling or rescheduling your appointment, please do so at least 24-48 business hours in advance.
Should I still carry an insurance plan?
Yes. Dr. Tiffany strongly encourages all her patients to carry health insurance to cover unexpected critical illnesses or catastrophic events, which would include accidents that require acute care at a hospital, or the need to see a specialty doctor or service. Insurance can also be used for labs, imaging, and prescriptions, etc, but Dr. Tiffany can also help navigate discounted cash pricing options, which are sometimes cheaper than billing insurance.
